How to submit a request
Sign in to download your data, submit a rights request, or delete your account. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. Requests may only be refused or subject to a fee where permitted by law, for example when they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Contact Amigoomap through the published privacy channel and provide enough information for us to identify your account securely. Do not send passwords or sensitive information in free text.
Refund policy
Paid subscriptions to Amigoomap renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the premium settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period and is not prorated.
Consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By starting to use premium features immediately, you agree that the service begins during the withdrawal period and that the right is lost once the service has been fully provided. Unused renewals may be refunded on request within 14 days of the charge.
To request a refund, contact us from the privacy center or via the support channel with your account email and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
