Cookies and local storage

This page describes storage on your device and how you can manage your choices.

Last updated: June 12, 2026

1. What we use

Amigoomap uses cookies and your browser's local storage. Essential storage keeps you signed in, protects your session, and remembers your language, theme, and privacy choices. Without it, key parts of the service will not work.

2. Essential categories

  • Sign-in and security: authentication sessions and protection against unauthorized access.
  • Preferences: language and light or dark theme.
  • Consent: a record of your choice.
  • Functional translation cache: stores previously translated interface text locally for faster display.

3. Optional storage

Amigoomap does not enable analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies without your voluntary consent. If you accept optional storage, Google Ads may process device, interaction, and approximate location data to deliver and measure advertising. Google Ads is not loaded when you choose necessary storage only.

4. Change your choice

You can delete stored consent and other local data in your browser settings. Signed-in users can also manage recorded consent in the privacy center. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in and preferences from working.
