Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid subscriptions to Amigoomap renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the premium settings in the app. Access continues until the end of the current billing period and is not prorated.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
Consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By starting to use premium features immediately, you agree that the service begins during the withdrawal period and that the right is lost once the service has been fully provided.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, contact us from the privacy center or via the support channel with your account email and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Non-refundable items
One-time purchases that have been fully delivered, promotional credits, and fees imposed by third-party payment providers are non-refundable, except where required by law.
